This room is an abandoned meeting room where plans could be drawn up for scavenging, defense strategies , search and rescue, typical raids, and eventually the taking back of the city.

The abandoned classrooms of Salvus are in disarray, desks and tables flipped over and miscellaneous papers and writing supplies scattered all around.

The Greenhouse is barren, all the plants that were previously growing have wilted and died off leaving just empty planters and equipment sitting idle.

Located in a large, open chamber in Safe Haven, is the markets. The room was used for various scavengers to sell there goods but now all that's left is abandoned stalls and junk lying on the ground.

The Infirmary, though abandoned for quite some time, would make one thing that someone was still living here. Small amounts of cheap medicine, plenty of bandages, and medical equipment lay around, unused.

Five halls lined with generic bunk beds make up the sleeping quarters. Private rooms are between each hall with a large metal door covering them. There is a room at the end of one of the halls which seemed to be for a very important person.
